How to Write a World in Which There Are No Outright Vendors

I think it is entirely possible to to write a world and a story in which there are no outright villains. There are just two groups of people who understand things very differently or both need the same thing and actually need it but they both can't have it. I love killmonger as an antagonist because he is right up to a point you know it's like your ideology is pretty sound your actions less so. And even that movie ends with Tichel basically going yes you were right I'm gonna change what I'm doing because you're right.
