I spent 10 years building direct to consumer businesses and wellness space. Part of the way that those companies grow is to have constant expansion of category. And so you find yourself with 450 SKUs and 2,000 if you count the kits and bundles,. That sounds like a real distinct challenge. Yeah. But yeah, it's insanely complex and you can nerd out on it for hours and hours but basically what I hear you saying is that if you have a complex business, if you don't get shipping right, you actually won't be able to serve your customers. Like you will literally fall down if we don't have the right systems in place.
