The Marines Are an Interesting Breed

When the marines go into the south solomon islands, theydon't even have any good maps. Imagine going in there blind. That's a hell of a trade off. If you're a marine, they are an interesting breed, though. I should just say that growing up, and i've said this many times, but this show is one where i grew up in the fumes of this era. And the aera was so powerful that the fumes were too. There was a romancing quality to the marines when i was growing up. Still, it was a very john wayne family.
