How to Scale a $5 Million Design Agency

I wanted to be able to train people that were actually going to stay and grow with the business instead of contractors who might like come and go because they are their priority is building their own business. So it just kind of came down to that. The design agency still does run as contractors, but we have very, there's pretty much one designer that we just like work with all of the time. And I think that's where we're going to be heading because it has worked so well in the coaching side of the business.
