i was hired by wizards of the coast, when i was a member of the rivals league. Shortly before my hiring, eric frolick left the rivals league as a result of his partner getting hired by watsey. When i was hired, i specifically asked if i could be similarly compensated, and was told that the details of the situation made it so that wouldn't be possible. I accepted this and didn't argue.
