The Failure Modes of Rust: The Transition Between Implicit Power and Explicit Power

I think one of the biggest problems in Rust right now is that the power modes in Rust are all incredibly implicit. I made a random comment on Twitter that there's an executive that's needed, and the reason is that you can be a villain. Not every CEO is beloved, because sometimes they have to do things that people don't like. This is why it's better to do it when there's two of you. It's easy to turn that person into a villain.
