The Fed Is Talking Tough, but They're Not Talking Hard.
The Fed is talking tough, but they're not being more aggressive on any of their future moves. So it's almost like playing poker with a person that's showing you their cards. The growth rate of inflation is already cooled down. A lot of frontline data inflationary data are cooled down. I believe the Fed has always been trying to talk tough to keep financial conditions as tight as possible. That only goes so far.
