How to Prioritize Present and Engage During Work
i was kind of a bit of a zombe, like, i go through the motions, i take meanings didn't want to take. And tho i wasn't fully presitant, engagedoe in our feedback sessions, i'd got again, feedback the hay, like, it seemed like you weren't present. So i started priortizing for myself, hay, i'm going to just manage my time, just focus on what i believe have the most impact. We started putting in systems to reduce drag, reduce process and priortise present and engagement while you're working.
