How Much Time Does It Take to Get Into Flow?
The amount of time it takes for me to get into flow depends on the project I'm working on. But once I'm there, time disappears. That's when my wife is yelling at me from downstairs, hey, it's time to eat something. There's a big difference between the percentiles. Even though you've got some standout performers up at the very top that are putting in many hours per day.
