When i knew that science fiction was important to me, came at a swim meet in ninth grade. My mother handed me ilium by dan simons and said, he this made some national bacellar less. And ever since then, i have gotten really into david mitchell. Just this past year, i was exposed to octavia butler and samuel delaney. That opens a whole ne door to amazing works. It's like science fiction is a gateway drug to reading more literature. An that's one of my favourite things about it.
