I Don't Blame My Friends for That

As her disease, my adult child sindrum, continued to progress, i started to have friends drop off. I remember this very distinct moment of being in my car and something had jst happened with a friend. My default, whenever a rift happens and a friendship or somebody pulls away, is to automatically go to it's my fault. You know, i know now that that's not the case. And i am somebody that people want to be friends with. Through recovery, i've been able to repair certain friendships.  I've also had some friendships, and since i've been an adult child, recovery.
