How to Talk to Clients About UX
The amount of time we spend debating about what UX is and isn't, is just detrimental to the field. I think as much as you can ban certain expressions from conversations, you'll find those conversations becoming much more productive. As a consultant, sometimes he's going to use a certain vocabulary, certain words, and then I've certain understanding of it. And sometimes you just have to roll with those words and let it flow, let it go and concentrate on delivering what they need because it doesn't matter what you call it as long as you deliver what they need.
