Is Your Operating Model Transient?
I think the industry is a wash of big banks, building small banks like big banks. If you can atomize change and make everything small and everything incremental, well, then you can de-risk the entirety of your organization by adopting a new operating model. That's just a completely different industry that we're working in. I think at that point, I think we'll have to put this podcast on to like five days a week, just the amount of change that will be happening in the industry at that point.
