How to Be More Spontaneous and Giving to a Relationship

I want to clock out from work even though I work from home and I want to go home and you're my home. My biggest issue is honestly been social media. If you're insecure, I can't because you see the they'll be like, who's that girl? Why did she say that? And I was like, I literally did not know that girl exists. She's probably a 16 year old girl from Iowa and I've never responded to her. So when you investigate my social media, it's my business. But if you even if it wasn't my business, if you're if you feel like you have to investigate me, that says enough about. Women in general
