Right now, right interest rates are deeply negative. The question then becomes, how many moves can we do? And nobody knows the answer. My personal view remains that we are highly financialized. Were highly averaged. We are totally committed to aser crisis as a cue to every decision we make. Which means, if you start coming close to our star, asser crices will collapse - and central banks will have no choice but to back pedal.
