How to Override Bad Basketball Habits?
A lot of players have been habituated through a lot of experiences to do one thing. It's so hard to teach a guy a new way to shoot, sometimes if the new way is very, very different than what he's doing the old like in the past. I don't think anybody's done it perfectly, but i think minor adjustments in service of the greater goal are probably the way i leanjust especially once you get to the nba level.
