We don't make training mandatory on our team. I think that comes down to motivation. At least 85% of the team will willingly come to training sessions or they'll train themselves with obviously some guidance. My main training focus now has changed to just keeping their rest and heart rate of healthy low level, while having them at least be mobile enough to shift the tyres. We've found the biggest difference, it's just the motivation levels. So hence why bringing the stops down from maybe doing 60 or 40 a day down to doing 10 or 20 a day has given us such a big improvement in times. But that sport, isn't it?
