Many companies have what i call authenticity terets. It's impossible to be authentic if you don't know who you really are. And most people, as i said, until you really start to probe in and ask some challenging questions, those people don't really know. Or they think they may have an inkling, but nobody's ever properly kicked the tires. So it's kind of ironic, i think thet you know, leadership circles and many business authenticity, authenticity.
