Is the Sun Pushing Space Junk Back Into the Atmosphere?

The sun pushes things back into orbits or start back into the atmosphere. If we don't get this stuff under control, all space might be useless to us. One particularly interesting object came in november 20 20 and made a few large loops around the earth. Even though it was lost in deep space, somehow it ended up close enough for the earth to grab it again and loop around.
