Unmoderated vs Moderated?

Before you joined user testing in this job, you hadn't done a lot of unmoderated tests. If we don't like it, right, if it's not the level of detail that we want, then let's go ahead and schedule participants for a week from now or two weeks from now. This can give us enough information to make sure that our moderated sessions go more smoothly. So what do you really think about, you know, unmoderate versus moderated? Yeah, I mean, to be honest, I've become a true believer.
