Is It OK to Wear a Dew Rag at School?

Not being able to wear a dew rag at school, or even if it were like a bruce spring stain bandanna on your head, is far from oppressive, unjust or unfair. A school, in my opinion, isn't primarily about self expression. I think that we we do ourselves a disservice when we can flate things that are purely expressive with substantive matters of justice. What do you think with your thoughts on this crit yet?
