The Schroth Method for Teaching Your Body to Connect
The Schroth method has to do with connecting on, you know, like teaching your body and becoming more aware of those areas that you felt a lot of tightness or restriction. When you get into a position and take deep, deep breaths into your nose and try to expand through that rib cage, you can do so much internal kind of stretching. So reach forward, reach back. Try it again. And I think that is the most powerful thing we can do in just different imbalances within the body.
