The Human Cell Atlas

The Obama brain initiative is pooling resources for a big worm inspired project. We're doing what you might even think of as a worm inspired project, which is the human cell atlas. It's incredible what we've been able to do over the past hundred years to cure, prevent or manage diseases. The best way to accomplish that is to not try one disease at a time, but to try to accelerate all of science.
