"I feel like the gender inequality issue in the gaming industry is kind of like a self-fulfilling prophecy," she says. "Once someone finds out you're a girl, I feel like there's some sort of consequence ... People don't care if you're like a guy playing League because that's kind of the default." She hopes new games can bring more diverse range of people to get into the industry.
