Innovation Queens

There are no studies that prove definitively either way that if we increase, suddenly, you know, build a bunch of new housing, that it would decrease the price of a rent. There is no study that actually proves that. So what we have instead, and where i am always guided, is by a more nuanced approach that looks at so, again, going back to innovation queens, individual developments, and what the local community wants and needs. We're really focused right now, in a housing crisis, on keeping as many people in their homes as possible,. while trying to redress the homelessness crisis we have in this city.
