How to Be a Successful Educator
I think one of the things that will make you instantly, instantly a better teacher is realizing that your learners don't learn the same way you do. So getting more resources, getting more expertise, getting more mentors involved will be a much easier sell. And then the second benefit of that is that we all learn differently. We all have a little bit different educational background. We all bring different things to the table. That collaborative learning that comes from different levels and different lenses will open up so many doors.
