The Gaps in American Politics

This was the first election in which the poor and the rich had a 14 point difference in voting behavior. Churchgoers and nonchurchgoers had a 25% gap. The country had really shifted underneath this very popular Democratic president. Once that was gone, it really was like, what are the parties going to look like in the future?
