The Importance of Meeting People Outside the Gym

The NSCA's personal training conference that they host and then also a brand new one. It's a second year is raise the bar conference. The relationship that I've built at these conferences with like minded coaches that were just literally sitting around me is just off the charts. You're not in competition with each other and that can be hard. Right, especially if you think that the people around you consider you as competition and you might not see yourself as that. Oh yeah, that's so true. I mean, and that's hard right that's hard it's a mindset thing when you're really looking where we have to look at the world is like there's an abundant of clients
