The Importance of Balance in Training
I think what we have is kind of the wrong idea often in training is that there's one magical optimal zone or optimal training style. You're never going to know what tool you're going to need at different points in their career, which I think is so often neglected and forgotten about. So if you're not comfortable with it, right, if you're inflexible or you're not exposed to it or you haven't experimented in some capacity whether on yourself, or with athletes were open to experimentation. Then of course you're not going to be able to implement exploit it right.
