The Importance of Sleep in Teenagers

If there was a czar of food, nutrition and fitness, what would be the things that you'd be talking about? For me, the biggest thing would be sleep. I see massive sleep problems in my own community. We've got to teach our kids how to sleep when they're little. Non-exercise activity is also something we need to support more.
