Having Lung Problems

I take about 40 pills a day. I have clubbed fingernails, which means that my fingernails are like these, they kind of like balloon up. They're sort of rounded and, and clubbed at the tips. And so because of this issue with the pancreas malabsorptions, a big issue. It's all about like maintaining weight. Up until November of last year, the most I've ever weighed in my life is 140. So I totally thought it was just a lung thing.
