A growing market economy sees the creation of a great deal of wealth to which no particular actor has a decisive claim in pre legal justice to own. We can't just naturalize the way that it happens to fall out in a particular society, we can't just say those who existing rules reap the windfall. What's likely to happen is that the powerful grab it. That free existing disparities in economic and political and social power will pound and multiply because as it were there's new resources around to be grabbed.
