Whitlock: Permanities is not a main figure in Nietzsche's eyes though, and he says further in a letter to Rode, he considers Permanities a great false step in the interpretations of pre-platonic philosophers. Langa considered Permanity and Being to be a doctrine basic to, but not identical with, materialistic atomism.
