The Value of Women's Lives

I wanted for this character to have this sort of just pent up anger. Having known, you know, someone who obviously was her, her roommate was murdered regardless of who did it. She does make sure to say actually to one of her students that the majority of victims of violent crime are men. Women are not the majority of murder victims, but when men die violently, it is very often things like an altercation in a bar. And I think that's something that women I know are certainly that is certainly on their mind constantly.
