The Importance of Being Culturally Sensitive

I have to be very careful about having, um, my dysregulation has to be very quiet and internal. And I have to externalize it in different ways. Sometimes I just want to let go off. But if I come home, it may be, be displaced anger with family because I didn't get to RSD the way I needed to all day or have my meltdown. There's no space for that. It is not even about my ADHD, right? So I sometimes you get in the dehumanizing yourself because I have ADHD and then I'm black. I'm human first.
