How to Do Leg Kicks in the QL

I would say any kind of sort of leg kicks is pretty much what I would be looking to do. It could be cossack squats which are squatting down one side standing up spot down the other side just the body weight. A good one for me is if there's a yoga ball around I'll naturally kind of like move towards and sit on it  and then all of a sudden I'm like rolling around because I like doing that. Because my gymnastics background I try and like handstands as well.
