The Importance of Performance Expertise in the Navy

The Navy kind of turned your life around. You really found your ability to be a leader. And then you kind of matured and grew up in the Navy. The Navy, if you're good at something, they just encourage you and give you more. So 1978, you retired from the Navy after 20 year career. You're recruited to work for Branoff Airways. Because of your background as a mechanic, you were sort of an operations guy. Is that right? All of it's 100% operations, 100%. I did though, understand how to read an income statement because I'd taken that in school.
