Kory talked through his current project which involved turning an old Church that he bought for $150,000 and is turning into a $5,000,000 apartment building. This is no small task and he is tackling the project with relative ease.
Kory talks nuts and bolts of site plan approval, traffic studies, noise studies neighbourhood character studies and much much more. As a real estate investor, it important to keep growing and what Kory is doing is all about growth. Growth in process, growth in size of project and growth in mindset. This was a fantastic interview.
