Start Small, You've Got to Start Doing
i think the thing that probably, out of the framework that we're going to talk through, the single thing i think we have always got right for amazing if is helping people with their careers. So asking yourself questions like, why does this matter to me? What can i do to effect or to implement this change? Why does this feel important to me? It's only when you start doing that actually you start to see that change in action. And i think it's really important to say as well that starting small is absolutely fine, because we definitely did. We cand have cared enough to try something.
