The Importance of Past Examples in Questioning
The most persuasive argument is to look at how previous questions have been formulated and how those questions have been addressed by courts and tabuels. I think it's interesting to look at the request that has just gone to the ICJ regarding the legal states of the occupation in Palestine. Because that's a really broad question that's been put to the court. It raises questions about whether or not what court does with the question that in itself suggests certain answers.
