Spells for Forgetting by Adrian Young
The magical realism doesn't really come in until like the last quarter of the book. You get pretty far into it before that magical part kind of comes into play and it's surprising it's fantastical. I love everything about the way that this sounds. We have some crimes, some intrigue, magical elements. We have maybe some second chance romance style or past romance and we've got to make things right. My last pick for this is a newer title that came out in September of 2022. And that is spells for forgetting by Adrian Young.
