Is Assertiveness a Male Trait?
I wouldn't say that assertiveness is a masculine trait. I would say we have, our flavour of assertiveness has been traditionally different than the female flavour. The people that i know that are men, they all seem kind of similar to me. There's nothing that contradicts the feminine in that. Is there any substitute for putting your life it risks? It was just sort of like you're out on a remote hike, and people perform and they come through. You take that knowledge for the rest of your life.
