How to Invest in a Security Token
Some of the NFTs also build in passive revenue if you put a commission, right? So if you have an NFT and then it transfers hand, you get say 5% commission of the sale. That's passive revenue every time it sells. Does your security tokens do that? Yes. And that that is a true security token. Just US investors can't legally invest in that. You have to be outside the United States. There's no way around that according to the SEC. It should be registered at least in the U.S., but there's ways of doing it.
