COVID Control - How Long Will It Really Take?
The new 10 point rule is given up by the State Council. It will send memos down to different provincial health commissions. This is quite fast considering how many layers they have to go through, it's a very interesting comparison to the 20 point rule that was announced in early November. Some grassroots workers are also complaining about the ambiguity of the top directives.
