How to Build Momentum and a Routine to Carry

I'm not about any quick shortcuts. I'm about consistency, you know? When people ask me for some advice, I think it's easier to exercise every day than it is to do three times a week. And if you build those kinds of habits, it becomes part of you and it's not so hard anymore. You build that momentum and you just stick with it. In fact, it's the hardest for me is the one rest day a week is the hardest day of the week. Because I'm addicted to that feeling,. It's part of what I do in the morning and something feels wrong when I'm not, you know, exercising. Well, I totally get that.
