The Data Withholding Problem
The main thing we're trying to solve is ar is this data withholding problem, where some one tries hide some data. And that's not really likea concern with the state. It might sound like the two are related, but when we talk about data availability, weare looking for sufficient vector commitments. That's basically wherwhere you can improve member with less than linear work.
