Shame in Secrets
I think some of the darkest things I've done were cheating slash manipulating others to cheat. Sexual fantasy is most powerful to you. Not masturbation, but having sex with an exact replica of myself. The idea gets me every time. It feels good and empowering to share that, though it's contradictory to my body shame survey. How do you feel after writing these things down? I feel the same. Any comments to make the podcast better? I listened to podcasts sped up and for the longest time I thought you were saying shame in secrets, fanatically like shame in the healer.
