She says the plaintiff has said repeatedly that she will serve everyone and she would deny everyone this kind of website. Kohn: But denying everyone whatever it is? It's regardless of status. There are some kinds of conduct that are so inextricably intertwined with identity that to discriminate on the basis of conduct is to discrimination on the based of status.
