Developing a Strategic Sense of Purpose

Strategists can face the problem that they feel like they've lost their sense of purpose after they retire, ecause they're no longer needed. For a strategist, they're able to realistic appraisals of situations unclouded by dogma and personal biases. The chief anxiety at this stage is not to fulfil one's personal potential but to live up to one's universal principles. It takes a lot of personal will power and responsibility to actualize one's one's vision at this point.
