Should the Federal Reserve Worry About Climate Change?
i think, you know, ments roll are exactly right for pointing out that we should limit their discretion. i can see why it makes sense to give the fed the power to do monetary policy even though they're unelected. The fed has the sort of insulation to make this based on what's right for the economy in the longer term. That also enhances the credibility of congress.
